Docs Required

If you would like to submit your project  for SBA 7a  financing we will need the following documents:

• Loan Submission Form
• Borrower’s Personal Financial Statement
• Experian Credit Report
• Borrower’s 3 years personal tax returns
• 3 years of business tax returns (if applicable)
• Borrower’s debt schedule
• Borrower’s YTD Profit and Loss Statement
• Borrower’s Resume
• Pictures of the subject property

Some of the documents we require are located under the forms section on the right hand side and once completed please email your entire loan package to info@wisemancapitalgroup.com.
