Loan Submission Form, Borrower’s Personal Financial Statement,Experian Credit Report, Borrower’s 3 years personal tax returns, 3 years of business tax returns (if applicable), Borrower’s Debt Schedule, Borrower’s business Year To Date Profit and Loss Statement, Borrower’s Resume, and pictures of the subject property.
Each of these documents is located under the forms section on the right hand side and once completed please email your entire loan package to info@wisemancapitalgroup.com. Once we receive a full package you can expect an answer from us within 48 hours if not sooner.
