We offer loans from $200,000 to $7,000,000 through conventional, SBA 504, 7a, B&I and private/hard money. Our loans are offered in 1, 3, 5, and quarterly adjustable rates with 20 or 25 year amortizations, and have no balloons. We require a 650 MID FICO score for all SBA 504 and Conventional applicants and our Loan to Values (LTV’s) are between 65% to 90% depending on the type of loan requested with Combined Loan To Values (CLTV’s) as high as 90% on certain programs.
Our SBA 7a loans have no minimum FICO score requirements and can finance transactions up to 2 million dollars anywhere in the United States and can be used for real estate, furniture, fixtures, equipment, working capital, and supplies. All properties must be owner occupied and this product is great for gas stations, car washes, hotels and motels.
Our hard money/private loans require 600 plus FICO scores and are capped at 1 million dollars and these loans are offered with no lockout clause, and no prepayment penalties.
If you have a commercial loan request that can’t be financed through the SBA 504 or 7(a) and your borrower does not want to rely on private/hard money then we recommend you review our SLAP program.
